STEP 1 : HOW TO ORDER
Choose The Items that you want to purchase/order and E-mail your ::

2) Delivery address
3) Contact no.
4) Item Code (refer to post title)
5) Color(If Applicable)
6) Size (If Applicable)
7) Shipping Method (Post Laju or PesExpress)

STEP 2 : PAYMENT METHOD

After checking the availability of the item/s, we will email you the total amount that you need to pay.
For Malaysian Buyers

All Payment can be done via Maybank2u Transfer, Direct ATM Transfer or by making payment over the counter at any Maybank Branch that nearest to you.

*If you are using ATM to bank-in, we do understand ATM don’t accept small amount. Don’t worry we will return the balance to your account (Maybank account only) or put it in your parcel.

*After payment is done, kindly send us an email to notify us of the payment transaction so that we can proceed with the delivery of your order/s. 

**Cash on delivery (COD) 


Only applicable for Bukit Jalil, Kuchai Lama,Klang Lama, Taman Desa, Bukit Damansara, Bangsar, Mid Valley & Desa Petaling Area Only. 
HOWEVER, we have the right to refuse COD if we are busy. 
We will send your items using Pos Laju/PosExpress instead.



STEP 3 : DELIVERY CHARGES AND SCHEDULE
:: Optional ::

A) Domestic - Pos Express - RM 5 (Apply for 1 piece only) 
(Depend on items weight)
Delivery Standard : Within 1-3 Working Days

 








B) Pos Laju - West Malaysia starts at RM7,
                          *Add RM1 for next 1 item
                         
                        - East Malasysia starts at RM9
                         *Add RM2 for next 1 item
Delivery Standard : Within1-2 Working Days

**Delivery standard of next working day is applicable only for areas covered by Poslaju Centres. 
For other areas, the delivery standard is within 2 to 3 days.










**We will not be responsible for any lost of shipment due to the negligence of the courier service provider.

Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone during daytime as Pos Laju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Pos Laju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.


*Delivery on every Monday, Wednesday & Friday only.

Steps 4: Parcel Tracking 















Once we send out your item/s, we will sms you the tracking code for reference.
Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us.
If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
Just in case that the parcel failed to arrive upon given time, customers can email/sms/call us for assistance.
